Aersure strives to bring hassle-free shipping to businesses and individuals. Since people are everything to our business, we always wanted to play a part in the community and help foster a culture of nurture and care for the world. With the help of our partners, we've decided to make a difference in the way we're best at - providing relief through logistics.
2020 has been a challenging year globally, and especially so in the Asia Pacific. Earlier this year, the Taal volcano eruption in the Philippines left scores displaced and without necessities. Ashes covered large parts of the island, and the Luzon region experienced roughly 92 earthquakes.
To provide relief, we’ve sourced garment donations from two of our online fashion retail partners, Yabel from Philippines and Sorabel from Indonesia. Working together, we were able to gather, pack and send out the clothes to those in need. It was quite a sight to see the boxes piling up and getting ready for shipment.

Just as this was happening, the coronavirus has started spreading across the region and causing massive disruptions everywhere. Just like other parts of the world, mask supply is getting scarce, leaving communities worried.
We were able to source over 700,000 face masks. Then we've processed the shipment to avoid damage along the way – just like what we usually do.
Besides face masks, we also provide medical supplies to help the community fight the virus.
We also repacked the boxes in black shrink wraps to avoid pilferage in the airport.
And off the boxes went!
Again, this achievement wouldn’t be possible without the help of our partners and network. With their help, we were able to dispatch everything in time. We are in the process of sourcing additional masks so more people can benefit.
It’s a difficult time for everyone, but it’s also a time to come together as a global community. It’s our honour to play a part in this, and we hope this challenge will pass soon.
